About Mooresville Gc

Mooresville Golf Club traces to a nine-hole course designed by Donald Ross in 1948 (opened 1949) for Burlington Mills employees, originally called Moore Park. The Town of Mooresville bought it in the mid-1970s, making it a municipal course, and a back nine designed by Porter Gibson opened in 1977. In 2014 the town approved a Kris Spence redesign of the front nine in a Scottish links style, reopening after a roughly $10 million renovation.
