Est. 1948 · Donald Ross
About Raleigh Cc
Raleigh Country Club opened in 1948 and is widely regarded as the final design of legendary architect Donald Ross, who died in 1948 while the project was being completed. The course is known for Ross's use of severe slopes and undulation and hosted an LPGA Tour event from 1966 to 1974. A $5.5M restoration led by architect Kyle Franz — new irrigation, enlarged greens, rebuilt bunkers and tree removal — debuted for member play in November 2020.
