Magnolia Green in Moseley, outside Richmond, began in 2010 as the nine-hole Westham Golf Club, routed by Tom Clark. After iStar Financial took over the community, Nicklaus Design, led by associate Chris Cochran, built a second nine and reshaped the first; the full 18 opened as Magnolia Green on June 2, 2015, and Golf Digest named it one of the year's 10 best new courses.
